Power Generation

Carbon Emission Management, Carbon Credit
& Digital Twin Solution for Power Generation Asset & Process

The power generation sector is the largest contributor to Carbon Emissions in the Energy Industry, with Fossil Fuels still being the primary source of Electricity worldwide. At present, the Power Sector is undergoing a Transition to Reduce CO2 Emissions and Achieve Net-Zero goals.
It includes the Development and Piloting of Renewable Energy sources such as Wind, Solar, Geothermal, Low-Carbon Hydrogen-based Power Generation, and Net Power Allam cycle CO2-based power generation, as well as the use of ammonia injection into coal-fired boilers.

Our Offerings include

Coal and Gas-Fired Power Plants Adopting Carbon Capture Technologies like Post-Combustion and Oxy-Fuel Combustion within their Existing Infrastructure

Digital technology is a crucial component in the Asset-intensive process of Carbon Capture, Reduction, and Optimization. It helps improve Production Efficiency, Mitigate Asset Degradation, and Ensure Regulatory Compliance in Carbon Emission Management, whether the Plant is operating at base load or with flexible operations.

The Power Generation industry has proposed several Carbon Capture Technologies, but retrofitting them to existing Power Plants presents significant challenges. A Technology Readiness Level (TRL) scale has been created for Carbon Capture in Power Generation. Among the most important technologies available for Power Plants are Post-Combustion and Oxy-fuel combustion.

Space around the Flue gas path, access to FGD/ESP/ID fans, and access to CO2 transport infrastructure are common requirements and constraints.
