Mohamed Shah Nowfal

Founder Chairman

Mohamed Shah Nowfal is an MBA graduate and has an excellent experience in the field of coal Trading and Shipping. He Started his career in Al Barrack General Trading which was pioneer in commodities trading in middle east as Manager-During the years 2004-2014 he worked as Head of Coal, in ETA ASCON GROUP Dubai which was a 5 billion USD turnover group for 10 years.

In 2015 he started Gulf Coal Trading LLC, focused on coal trading in UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Africa, India achieved to new heights as one of the top companies in UAE with turnover of 1 Billion AED under brand arm of GLOBAL COMMODITY VENTURES. He continues his success mission in other business opportunities in CEMENT, SHIPPING and POWER PLANTS. Today GCV group has its own bulk vessel and trades around the world in cementitious materials like Clinker, Slag, Fly ash, Cement Apart from COAL.

He is closely working with top executives of various high profiled coal trading companies like Trafigura, SSOE, Heidelberg Trading, IMI Fuels, Phoenix Commodities in order for procurement of coal for GCV Group and have great Association with owners of CEMENT INDUSTRY in Middle east, Africa, India and Europe.

Naleem Bukari

Founder & Managing Director

Naleem Bukari is Executive Director- Technology & Innovation at V-TECH CODA. As a Mechanical
Engineer with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Marketing, he brings a
unique combination of technical and business expertise to the table.

He has a proven track record of handling investor relations, designing sustainable road maps, and
providing expert guidance in asset and material management, reliability-centered management, ISO
55001, inventory optimization, master data management, vendor-managed inventory, and liquidation
of non-moving inventory.

He has the vision to provide direction, develop a roadmap over the next 25 years, and identify and
collaborate with partners across the globe to drive the growth and success of NCV.

Rizwan Nawab John

Founder & Director

Rizwan is the Director of Operations at CODA with rich domain experience in Reliability Engineering and CMMS including Material Management, Inventory control, and store activities.

He has experience in RCM, RCA, and SMP & SOP preparation. An expert in implementing, Configuring & Maintaining SAP MM, Purchase Procedure, Procurement, Subcontract / Vendor Development, Supply Chain Management, Cluster Development, and Implementing Projects.

He has also done World Class Manufacturing Practice Deft in identifying areas of improvement in the production & distribution section, providing data on Institutional sales & dealer networks & handling complaints from the market.
